Biography

Jim began personal training while attending college.  Upon graduation he began managing individual gym locations for one of the largest health club companies in the United States. In 2002 Jim opened his own health club in Haddonfield, New Jersey. It is called Body Physics. This small personal training studio has grown into a fitness force that offers not only Personal Training, but Customized Memberships, Fitness Boot Camps, Corporate Fitness Programs, and a Martial Arts School. Jim has made numerous television appearances and his articles, workouts, and advice have been featured in many publications. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Fitness and has also obtained nationally recognized fitness certifications.

Jim Has set his focus on bringing his fitness programs to people everywhere with his digitally downloadable workouts. Jim's goal is to help all people Reach Their Physical Potential. With workouts ranging from 7 to 30 minutes, limited time is no longer an issue. With alternate exercise advice no injury will deter you and all fitness levels can participate. I am Jim Bompensa and I am pleased you have decided to visit.  Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or are looking for a tougher fitness challenge, I assure you that you have come to the right place.  My fitness programs will produce results!

My workout programs are available to any one, any where in the world, at any time.  My clients have achieved tremendous success while working with me.  Now the motivation, intensity, and direction that I offer to my private training clients is available to you.

My training philosophy is different than what you may be accustomed to. No matter what your fitness goal, whether it be weight loss or muscle gain, your workout must include resistance training.

It is possible that for years you have been exercising with the belief that in order to lose weight, you need to spend countless hours performing repetative aerobic exercises.  That is about to change. I would like to introduce you to a new way of exercise. I call it cardio-resistance training.  This method of training involves maintaining your heart rate at an aerobic level while performing resistance training exercises.

If you have tried and failed in the past to get fit, my workouts are for you. With workouts ranging from 7-30 minutes, limited time is no longer an excuse. Each routine provides both an outstanding aerobic and muscle toning workout. By moving quickly from one exercise to the next and performing strategically placed exercises to control your heart rate, you will be toning muscles while working in your cardio-fat burning heart rate zone.
